Each year that passes allows me to vow to get healthy, but this year was different, this year I had more health issues then I had ever had before and most of them were because I just wasn’t taking good care of myself. This year I am pledging to close my nutritional gap through a healthy diet and multivitamins. I knew I was deficient in certain vitamins and just by pledging to take certain supplements was already a great start on healthy living.
I also agreed to eat better, so I threw out all the “bad” food in my house and decided to eat a healthier diet of produce and meats, get rid of all the sugars and bad carbs, and drink more water.
The last healthy decision I made was to start exercising, yes, the E word. It is a scary word, but what was scarier to me was the fact that I was out of breath just getting out of my Jeep. That had to stop, I want to be able to hike and run and be outside more, so I started walking on the treadmill and doing 10 minutes of weight lifting, not a lot to begin with, but at least it was something.
I hope you will join me in this Pledge to close your nutritional gap, even just a little change will help, like taking the awesome vitamins from Mega Food. I am taking the Multi-vitamin for Women 40+ and my husband is taking the Multi-vitamin for Men 40+.
We are also taking Daily Energy, because who doesn’t need help with their energy level, and a Daily Probiotic to get our tummies back in order.
I love that these vitamins are natural and fresh from farm to table, and that Mega Foods works closely with the local farmers to bring the best all natural and organic vitamins to their customers.
